We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; however, during busy periods some orders may take up to 3 working days to process. (Excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).

UK deliveries will be sent by Evri recorded delivery. At the time of dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Custom clearance charges may vary, please contact your local custom office for more information. You will be required to sign for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods will be passed to you.


We are confident that you will be happy with your Danielle Foster piece(s) but in the event that you should need to return an item, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. We provide free returns for full price items ordered from the UK only.

Please email us to request your return to and we will send you instructions.

We take care to ensure that all items shipped, are in a perfect and saleable condition. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that have been damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Danielle Foster Limited will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. When returning an item, if you are outside of the UK and Europe, we advise you to use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with the shipping company used. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Danielle Foster Limited reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us. 

For packages that are turned down at delivery, customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United Kingdom. These costs will be deducted from customers return.

Receiving a Refund:

We will refund to you the purchase price for the Product, less any applicable duties delivered paid fees and shipping costs should these be incurred by Danielle Foster Limited.

Refunds are authorised once we have received the return. We will then issue a full refund by the same payment method as your order. Please note, card refunds can take up to 14 days to complete. This depends on card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
